Whether you are too busy to fill out or read call reports or you need to manage your AOR due to shrinking potential, CustomerTRAX Deal Management gives you a place to store everything from calls to quotes in a single location.
 
The new Deal Management module in CTRAX is designed to track Deals and everything related to them. We have created a separate "Deal" tab to organize them by user, category, and/or status. A single screen displays all the details of the deal including the following items:
·         Calls
·         Scheduled Follow-ups
·         Equipment
·         Pictures
·         Attached Documentation
·         Associated Quotes (JDQuote2)
·         Pricing Worksheet (C&F)
·         Track lost sales, participation, and close ratios
 
C&F Dealers can use the worksheet to price equipment, options, and calculate commissions. The worksheet details can automatically be converted to a quote for distribution to a customer. All quotes are automatically attached to the deal as a PDF file. Ag Dealers can simply link quotes made in Quote2 or create new ones right from the Deal.
