Implementation Meeting/Training
Every new implementation of CustomerTRAX requires and onsite meeting prior to user training. This meeting is designed to discuss goals and set objectives as well as outline the training. CustomerTRAX can be used several different ways and every Dealer has slightly different processes and procedures. This meeting will identify those differences and layout a game plan for training based on the Dealerships goals.

On-Site Training
CustomerTRAX offers onsite and online training to meet all your needs. Training typically takes place after a CustomerTRAX consultant has worked with you on design, sales process and workflow. The classes we offer are uniquely customized to your special requirements, and centered on topics specific to "Heavy Equipment Dealers." Customize a training program at your site to teach your users how and why to use CustomerTRAX. Training designed specifically for "Heavy Equipment Dealers: greatly improves user acceptance of new software and procedures. Greater acceptance ensures a greater return on your investment and a more productive sales force.
To provide ongoing CustomerTRAX training, we work with proven Sales and Sales Management trainers -- experts in their fields. These training programs are specifically designed to increase the efficiency and use of CustomerTRAX while ensuring a focus on selling more products.

Online Training
All Training can be completed online with the exception of the Implementation meeting. Online training is also a very cost effective solution for follow-up training. Many Dealers find it beneficial to schedule quarterly online meetings to discuss their status and next steps.
