Our Outlook integration requires you to have an Exchange server. It automatically synchronizes your CTRAX calendar and contacts with Outlook.

Voice Notes is a component of the Mobility Client ™ product that allows you to call a toll free phone number from your mobile phone and leave yourself notes. When you return to CustomerTRAX your notes will be converted to text with a link to play the recording.
