CustomerTRAX Enterprise
Is a web based Customer Relationship Management application. It is designed to bring together business system and John Deere application data into a easy to manage interface. The Enterprise edition is also integrated with JDAIM (John Deere's Customer Database) and JDQuote2.

AimTRAX
Is CustomerTRAX Enterprise without business system integration. It uses JDAIM as its contact database. AimTRAX is offered to all Dealers regardless of the business system they use.
In addition any other lists can be imported or manually entered into AimTRAX. It can be used as a stand-alone system and upgraded to full-blown CustomerTRAX at anytime.

Mobility Client
The mobility client contains two separate applications, Voice Notes and Outlook integration. Our Outlook integration requires you to have an Exchange server. It automatically synchronizes your CTRAX calendar and contacts with Outlook. Changes made to items in Outlook and AimTRAX or CustomerTRAX synchronize.
Voice Notes is an application that allows you to call an 800 number from your cell and leave yourself notes. When you return to CustomerTRAX your notes will be converted to text with a link to play the recording. Each note can be converted to a calendar reminder or a completed call.
