CustomerTRAX CRM

CustomerTRAX CRM is a Customer Relationship Management tool that was originally designed for John Deere Agricultural and C&F Dealerships.  At the core of the product is a SQL database.  The SQL database has been enhanced with numerous data elements that allow critical sales related information to be synchronized with your business system. Correspondingly, the user interface has also been enhanced to allow easy access from a web browser.

CustomerTRAX "Server" is a proprietary component that periodically synchronizes data between your business system and the customized SQL database. the Web-based CustomerTRAX solution incorporates a specifically built, fault-tolerant, server appliance shipped directly to the customer.
