The New CRM
CustomerTRAX CRM provides our clients TRUE Customer Relationship Management; we have termed it our Customer-Centric Solutions (CCS). The original Customer-Centric solution was originally designed for a prominent dealership organization, and now supports multiple industries. At the core of the product is a SQL (structured query language) database. The SQL database has been enhanced with numerous data elements that allow critical sales related information to be synchronized with your existing business system. Correspondingly, the user interface has also been enhanced to allow easy access from a simple web browser and all input and searching is done from one easy to access screen.
The CustomerTRAX solutions is database agnostic to support all of your database consolidation efforts with ease. Our "Server" is a proprietary component that regularly synchronizes data between your business system and the customized SQL database. This Web-based CustomerTRAX solution incorporates a specifically built, fault-tolerant, server appliance shipped directly to the client.
